Cargill to participate in FiA 2006, Bangkok

Cargill will feature their extended range of texturizing and emulsifying ingredients, including starches, hydrocolloids and lecithin, at FiA 2006, 13-15 September in Bangkok. In addition, Cargill will feature innovative concepts such as Emulzyme texturizer for dough texture improvement in mechanically produced dumplings, C*DeliTex UHT texturizer for improved processing conditions and cost-effectiveness in catering applications, and Unipectine AYD pectin and Arthred dietary supplement in fortified acid dairy drinks

As a leading supplier of sweetness solutions, Cargill is proud to officially launch XtendTM Isomaltulose, a new natural sweetener that delivers the full energy of regular sugar (4kcal/g), but is digested more slowly for sustained energy release and has a lower glycemic response. Cargill will showcase several new sweetness concepts at FiA 2006: Xtend™ Isomaltulose for energy bars and sports drinks, low-calorie confectionery solutions including C*Eridex erythritol, C*Maltidex maltitol and C*IsoMaltidex isomalt for sugar-free hard candies and chewing gum. Additionally we will showcase C*Eridex erythritol and Lohanguo for table-top applications.
