MINNEAPOLIS – Food manufacturers in Mexico and Central America can now ask for the ITAL functional systems from Cargill under new brand names – DaritechÔ systems and LygommeÔ systems.

Daritech™ systems for dairy and frozen dessert products and Lygomme™ systems for bakery, fruit, dressings and meat applications are unique combinations of hydrocolloids and/or emulsifiers that are well-established and known around the world.

The texturizing systems are specifically designed for each application to deliver a wide variety of functionalities, including mouthfeel, flavor release, textural stability, improved shelf life, processing and finished product viscosity control, and freeze/thaw stability.
