These unique facilities include state-of-the-art instruments for the structural and rheological analysis of food and beverage products, an on-line patent research service and a constantly expanding series of networked databases that provide relevant access to Cargill’s unique product and application know-how.
All formulation parameters are processes-specific to each activity. Whether it’s baking, making ice cream or sauces, the progress of the project can be studied in "real life" conditions.
