The management of Cargill Texturizing Solutions is involved in an improvement process aiming to:
- Monitor behaviors
- Prevent risk situations through frequent auditing, training and education and the implementation of appropriate measures
- Maintain a high level of awareness and involvement of employees - not just during, but also before and after work
To reach this target, management is pursuing a continuous training policy (information, auditing, risk evaluation). A safety-indicators monitoring system has been implemented and improvement targets have been set in every sector of the company, with one clear objective: zero accidents.
