Raw materials
All the raw materials used by Cargill Texturizing Solutions to produce emulsifiers are obtained from vegetable sources.
Our emulsifiers are combinations of:
- Vegetable fats: (palm oil, cocoa oil, olive oil)
- Fatty acids: (stearic acid, palmitic acid, oleic acid, ricinoleic acid)
- Alcohols: (glycerol, sucrose, sorbitol, propylene glycol)
- Organic acids: (citric acid, lactic acid)
- Others: (lecithin, waxes)
