All materials used by Cargill Texturizing Solutions in the production of functional systems are carefully selected under strict quality controls before being processed in our plants.
The raw materials sources are our refined polysaccharides manufactured in modern plants applying the latest extraction, fermentation, separation and drying technologies. Each processing stage is performed under tight quality controls.
Polysaccharides ( e.g. carrageenans, pectins, alginates, xanthan gum, locust bean gum, and guar gum) are basic constituents used in blended formulations where other raw materials (such salt, sugar, starch, proteins, and emulsifiers) may be added to meet specific requirements. Our suppliers are selected according to rigorous quality criteria.
